Greetings my Fellow Adventurers!
Today saw us set out from Chester Castle and advance into Wales along the Dee Estuary.

Walking at a pace that would have made the Roman Army pause for breath – we managed a 15 mile incursion in less than 5 hours!

The countryside along the Dee was a lot nicer than we were expecting – lots of open spaces and sky.
The estuary itself was quite interesting. It widened a lot as we walked it’s length and there was a lot to see – lots of nice wildlife, not so nice Cyclists and interesting industry!
We even saw a sea monster!
Farewell my friends – until tomorrow!
Well done Stuart! Great start

Haha, the Sea Monster! Fueled by energy drinks, no doubt. Wow 15 miles. You got your steps in for the day!

😀 It was pretty funky – their was a guy wake boarding behind it!
I think we did – we did 30,800 steps according to Alli’s pedometer.
